Test Of Faith: IV Helium Batch 2005 First Reunion

This is our first ever reunion of my batch in high school IV Helium batch 2005. We decided to have island hoppings to avail a promo that worth 300 pesos per head. I was jubilant to see my friends for a long time. Since high school graduations, we barely saw everyone because of the different path that comes along our way. Some of our classmates are outside the country. We pursue it so that the next time will gather together many of our classmates will come to join the next reunion.
We enjoy the whole trip but on our way home we met a sudden rain, wind with massive waves that keeps hitting on our boat. We can't see the islands or even Davao City view because of the rain. We just surrounded with water, and white backgrounds cover the entire sea. I don't know that there was a low-pressure area, so it was the cause. I/We are very scared massive waves hitting on the boat how much more when the rope supported the outrigger (katig) of the boat was cut off. It was scary, and we don't know what to do. We were trembling in fear afraid of losing our lives and thinking about our families. Every time the waves hit our boat we trembled. We were afraid if the katig will lose the support because it will be the end of our boat. On the other hand, I was very thankful because all the crews in the boat were very initiative. They called the coastguard for help but the coastguard response that they will not let their team to pursue since there is a low-pressure area. Maybe they will quickly answer if there something will happen to us. I don't know about the other group inside the boat, but my classmates including me are praying individually. In times of this, we can call to GOD for help and He will response immediately. Perhaps it is not our time yet, but this is a test of faith. If we are in right conditions, sometimes we don't pray sincerely or even forgot to pray. But in case we met this kind of situation if our lives are in danger we are earnestly praying to God. I can testify that there is a Great God. I remembered that time on how God stop the storm when they sail together with his apostles. God stop the storm for us because HE love us.
