Pursuing My Talent For Drawing

August 21, 2015

Here I am again, thinking of what to do on my not so busy life. I'm already done watching Time We Were Not In love,The Royals, Game Of Thrones and many more. I bought a lot of books and downloading PDF books but still I haven't read it all yet. I wanted  to keep myself busy because I'm inefficient not to do nothing. I really keep changing my thoughts on what to do next. Probably my time is visible and flexible this is why I'm thinking too much on how to make my time busy. Not like any others that don't have time and even forgetting their selves because of a busy lifestyle. Just like before when I got a home base job I don't even think about myself, all I want is to finish the task that was given to me by my client. Unlike now that I do have much free time to think other stuff and I'm quiet enjoying it just for now, because someday when I have my own family I will have a busy life again. Now I want to continue my talent for drawings and need an effort to do so. On the contrary I've been thinking on doing the same thing in same time since I love writing and drawings. I think it's the right thing to do for not wasting my talent and doing nothing for a while. Every now and then I keep changing the things I want to do depending on my mood. If my mood change then I urge to do on what's on my mind. Just to keep pampering myself and the chance to improve the talents that's already in me. On the other hand I love what I'm doing without hurting others. It's a matter of following my passion on something that's my heart desire.

Writing Is Hard For Me

August 8, 2015

Recently, I have been thinking of something that makes my life a little bit busy. To put my passion in one thing and not with many things that makes my thoughts to wander. I have been thinking to be a photographer since being in that kind of passion can easily be acquired if you put your life a stake for venture. However, I am not really interested in that kind of things though I have friends who are now photographers but then is not my passion. Then, I have also thinking to be a painter though I knew that I have talent for drawing since that's a hereditary talents that pass through in me. Thus, I want something new that even it's hard for me it will make my life open for new challenge. Now, I finally know one thing and that is to become a writer. Writing is not new to me ever since I was in high school. Before I wrote my own emotions and poems in paper, then throwing those papers in a trash so that nobody can read. It's a part of me on how I cope up my struggles on those days. But never ever come in my mind that this day will come for me to realize that writing is already a part of me. Now, I am starting to improve myself to become a good writer but as I go along it's not an easy path to become one good writer.

For now, I am being dragged down while reading others blogs on how creative they are on writing blogs that's can captivate one soul. There are many writers that are exceptional and very talented. I wonder how they become a good writers and how they did it to make words as though a part of them. Reading many blogs makes me jealous and deprive my passion in writing but I know we can't learn easily in a days it will takes sometime.

As a challenge for me, I bought many kinds of books including Bible, Bible stories, Grammar books, poems and Dictionaries. I even downloaded pdf books that's already on my mobile for me improve myself. This is a new beginning of my new life cycle as I live for me to realize that life is not easy to live on. After all I chose this kind of ventures that everybody can get on. All words that will be written on this blog of mine will last forever since this is my own words that will captivates readers soul. Learning is a long process as long as I am hoping that someday I will become a good writer. Now, I am starting to believe myself that I can. Also I am praying to God for his assistance that He will give me never ending knowledge and wisdom. ^_^

I am Melodramatic with this..ajajjaj peace ^_^

Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger And Honey For Hyperacidity

August 5, 2015

Last February, I experienced difficulty in breathing that made me decide to go in hospital for a medical check-up. At first I only thought that it was cholesterol but the worst thing that I thought what if I have a heart problem. The doctor asked me a lot of questions and she diagnosed me that I have hyper acidity. For clearing my thoughts the doctor wants me to have X-ray and the result was normal, but still I'm not fine so the doctor do ECG on me but nothing can be found abnormalities on my body. The doctor prescribed antacids maalox and proton pump inhibitor for my hyper acidity. I cannot define if the medicine are helpful on me since I still felt difficulty in breathing. Then I decided to have 2-D echo to be sure that my heart is normal just to ease my negative thoughts about my condition, but still the result was normal. Lately, I have been experiencing hyper acidity or acid reflux again and it is the worst thing that happened to me. Breathing is unconsciously; but I do it the other way like consciously breathing and it contradicts to proper breathing that somehow I don't know how to breath and it become anxiety.

I started browsing the internet and I found out that all my favorites foods are the cause of my hyperactivity. I never anticipated that the doctor was right from the beginning. Then I started to browse home remedies for hyper acidity and I found these three remedy that can easily be seen in kitchen and in the market; these are  Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger and Honey. I have been using these three useful remedies mixing it with milk when my hyper acidity is back. I can't control myself eating foods that can trigger my hyper acidity but I am thankful that I already knew the remedies for my condition.

Apple cider vinegar - provides benefits that may reduce or prevent acid reflux. Although apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid that can trigger reflux for some people, others use apple cider as a remedy for heartburn, the pain and burning in the upper chest and throat from acid reflux. The effectiveness of a treatment may depend on the person and the cause of heartburn. Just as acid reflux triggers differ among people, solutions may also affect people differently.

Ginger - is a very good remedy for hyperacidity. Ginger improves digestion by  absorbing and assimilating essential nutrients. Ginger aids in the breakdown of proteins. It cures stomach ulcer by producing more mucous and protecting the stomach from the attack of acid. Whenever you have acidity, you should chew ginger. You can also boil ginger in water and consume the solution. You can mix crushed ginger with little jaggery. When you suck ginger with jaggery in this form, the juice of ginger goes to the stomach and relives acidity. You should consume ginger thirty minutes before having meals.

Honey - has been used as a medicinal substance for thousands of years, particularly as an antibacterial agent. Busy bees make honey from the nectar of flowering plants and save it in hives as a source of food. The flavor, sweetness, scent and other properties of honey depend on which type of flowers the bees that made it visited most often. Once honey is harvested, a number of things can happen to it. It can be sold raw, or unprocessed, or it can be very processed. Either way, honey is still primarily sugar. One 21-gram tablespoon of honey contains 17.25 grams of sugars; water and a tiny bit of protein comprise the other 3.75 grams.

Common hyperacidity triggers include:
  •     Citrus fruit
  •     Caffeinated beverages
  •     Chocolate
  •     Tomatoes
  •     Garlic, onions
  •     Alcohol

Causes of Hyperacidity and Heartburn

Heartburn and hyperacidity are primarily lifestyle or age related. While there are various health conditions and circumstances that could cause hyperacidity and heartburn, for the most part, the condition results from unhealthy lifestyle choices. The biggest contributing factor towards heartburn and hyperacidity is bad eating habits. Eating large meals and foods that are high in unhealthy fats, starch, sugars, spices and oil can all lead to heartburn. Eating heavy meals before sleeping also causes hyperacidity, as you are not giving your body adequate time to digest the food properly. When you sleep soon after eating, the reclined position also makes it easier for acid reflux to occur. Keeping long gaps between meals and skipping meals can also cause acids to build up in the stomach and lead to heartburn and acidity. Bad eating habits put extra stress on the digestive system making it work overtime to try and function normally.

Natural Ways To Neutralize Stomach Acid

  •     Avoid eating heavy meal during nighttime. It is one of the leading causes for stomach acidity.
  •     Instead of three big meals, eat 5-6 normal meals. Eating less quantity of food at a time encourages the stomach to secrete less acid.
  •     Eat foods that are high in complex carbohydrates to neutralize stomach acid. Some of the foods are sweet potatoes, corn, beans, bread, pasta, wheat, oats, rice, etc. Complex carbohydrates remain for a longer time in the digestive tract and therefore it slow down the digestive process. It also helps in absorbing excess of acid. However, it has to be eaten in one serving. These foods when taken in excess can cause excess secretion of acid.
  •     In fact eating any kind of food should be in moderate amount, since over eating initiate the stomach linings to secrete more acid to digest the food.
  •     Avoid drinking alcohol, beverages which are rich in caffeine such as tea and coffee. It is well established fact that alcoholic beverages double the acid secretion in one hour than normal.
  •     Avoid eating fried food and junk food or food that contains excess of fats.
  •     Avoid lying down after eating. Remain upright or sit for one hour after your meals. This will help the stomach content to empty in the duodenum, instead of backing up towards esophagus, which may lead to heartburn.

Home Remedies To Neutralize Stomach Acid

  •     A cup of ginger tea is said to be an effective home remedy for neutralizing stomach acid. Ginger contains chemicals that help in curtailing excess secretion of acid. It helps to reduce nausea and vomiting caused due to hyperacidity.
  •     Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate as it is called is a considered a natural home remedy for neutralizing gastric acid. Mix a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in a glass of warm water and sip it slowly as much as you can.
  •     Oats are another good food for neutralizing acid secretion.
  •     The fruit banana is considered to be an effective natural stomach acid neutralizer. Banana stimulates the mucus secretion in the stomach which helps in protecting the inner lining of the stomach.
  •     One of the best ways that you should follow everyday to neutralize excess of stomach acid is to drink a glass of water after you get up.
  •     Yogurt helps in relieving symptoms produced by stomach acid.
  •     Herbal tea prepared from spearmint is useful for relieving hyperacidity.
  •     Drink a glass of coconut water at least three times in a week if you want to keep your stomach acid well balanced.

Eat an apple day. Just as the old saying goes, apples are very healthy, and may very well keep the doctor away when it comes to hyperacidity. No studies have been done to prove that apples are effective antacids. Instead, many people report a reduction of hyperacidity symptoms after eating an apple.

I hope it's helpful for you..^_^

Water Vapor For Face

Ever since, I don't have problem with my face like acne, pimples and etc. but I only want is to clean my face. I never put anything on my face like facial cleanser, creams and other facial products because of what happened on my face when I was in first year college. It happened when I always stayed late at night waiting for 11pm in internet cafe for a cheap price. In those time paying for internet cafe is costly so together with my classmates we waited 11pm for a 10 pesos internet usage for our projects in html. I been doing that for a week and pimples starts appearing on my face and I never been use to it. I got worried so I start trying something just to get rid of my pimples. I had this board mate who told me that the best remedy for face is alpine milk, then I bought one can of alpine milk and start applying it on my face. At first, I felt the effectiveness of alpine milk on my face, but still I been using it for a week even though the smell of the alpine milk is bad and was already rancid. Then the pimples on my face got worst. I been horrified but still I bought soap for acne believing that it will be the solution for my worst pimples ever, but it get worst and my face get itchy and prickly. When my mother visited me she got worried but scolded me of what I been doing and putting on my face. She said that pimples are normal when you always stayed late at night and stress but eventually it will disappear. That's experience made me lost self confidence for a few months. Furthermore, I am thankful that my face was healed by letting it heal without putting products that can worsen the prickly feeling. After that I never put any products on my face until now. Perhaps it was a lesson for me to learn. Now I'm only using the best water vapor for my face because it's natural and not harmful for my face.

How to Do a Steam Facial

  1. Bring a normal pot of water to boil. You only need a few cups of water to do a proper steam. Boil the water on the stove or in the heater.
  2. Wash your face. While the water is heating, wash your face to remove makeup and dirt. Removing makeup and dirt is a must before steaming, because steaming opens up your pores, and anything on your face will be able to get inside and cause irritation or pimples to occur.
  3. Pour the water into a bowl. Pour it into a basin or ceramic bowl. If you're in a hurry, you can also just use the pot where you boiled the water.
  4. Hold your face over the steaming water. Drape a towel over your head so that it creates a sort of tent over your face, and hold your face over the water. Keep your face over the steam for about 5 minutes. Close your eyes and breathe deeply, allowing the heat to awaken your face and open your pores. Don't steam your face for too long, or get too close to the hot water. The heat can cause inflammation if exposure is too high.
  5. Just rinse your face in fresh water after you're finished steaming it. After washing your face, pat it dry with a towel.

I heard this kind of facial remedy from my high school teacher. She said that this kind of remedy is very helpful cleansing the pores of our face by using the water vapor from a boiling water. Since I heard this remedy, I try this at home by putting the boiling water into the basin and let my face absorb the water vapor for 3-5 minutes. I let my face dry for a couple of minutes and wash it with a cold water so that the open pores that already cleansed will close. I been using this kind of remedy until now for only once a week and I never experience having a worst pimples again.
